This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our store. By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from the date the order ships out. Delivery estimates are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak shopping seasons, weather, carrier disruptions or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping for orders with a subtotal of $30 USD or more
A flat shipping rate of **$5 USD** will be charged for orders under $30 USD

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot modify the delivery address once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You may use it to monitor your shipment status online.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local courier first, then reach out to our support team. We will assist you with an investigation.
